Who owns the website and domain?
Your domain, your content and your images are yours at all times. The subscription covers the design, build, hosting and maintenance of the site. If you ever leave after the minimum term, we hand over your content in full and offer a fair one-time buyout of the site itself if you want to take it with you.
What does “up to 10 pages” mean?
Ten standard pages — for example Home, Services, About, Contact, plus individual service or location pages. Blog posts don’t count against the limit. Need more than ten? We’ll quote the extra pages transparently.
How fast can my website go live?
If your content is ready, an Essential site can be live in as little as 7 days. Bilingual projects typically take 2–3 weeks including translation.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. From CHF 83 per month billed annually (CHF 999/year), or CHF 99 with monthly billing — excl. VAT — covering design, build, hosting, SSL, backups, updates and content changes. Bilingual: from CHF 133/month annually (CHF 1,599/year) or CHF 149 monthly. The only thing you pay separately is your domain name (typically CHF 10–20 per year).
What happens after the 12-month minimum term?
The subscription simply continues month to month. You can cancel any time after the first year — no long-term lock-in.
Is SEO included?
Every site ships with solid SEO foundations: clean structure, fast loading, meta data, sitemap and Google setup. For businesses that want to actively rank and grow organic traffic, we offer ongoing SEO as a separate service — see our SEO services in Zurich.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes — it’s WordPress, and we’ll show you how. But most clients simply email us changes, because that’s included in the plan.
What if I need e-commerce or booking features?
The plans cover business websites. Online shops, booking systems and custom features are quoted individually on top — always in writing, always before we start.
